Martin and Brad Design studio was created as a result of working on projects together for many years and having attempted  to build business partnership many times for more than 10 years .  Ultimately In 2016 Thanks to Tilman Fertitta, Jeff Cantweell from Landry's, and CNBC’s  Billion Dollar Buyer  that provided us the opportunity to participate in a national design contest.

The challenge presented to both firms chosen was to design and create a pastry shop for Tillman’s new  upcoming upscale Post oak Tower from a blank 15-foot by 18-foot box on a slim $5,000 budget, and create a mock presentation of what the Pastry would eventually look like.  The rest you can see it this February 21st at 9pm CT in CNBC
